The only reasons that this account has not been completely disabled are so that nobody can pretend to be me and so that I can leave the following statement:

Even though I am no longer active or a part of this community, that does not mean that Cleo has been abandoned and that she is free for anybody to use. She is still my character. Aside from the artists who I have commissioned art from who own the art that they have created, nobody else has my permission to use Cleo for roleplaying or any other purposes, nor do they have permission to make alterations to art that I have commissioned of her.
