By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
1.GENERAL TERMS
Please write in a clear and nice manner.
Provide visual references.
Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
Follow the rules provided in the commission journal, YCH or Adoptable deviation.
If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.
2.PAYMENT
All commission will be paid via paypal before beginning them.
3.PROCESS
As a 3D Artist I take always my time to do the best possible works.
Sometimes I finish in 5 days, sometimes weeks depending on the complexity of the 3D model you will commission me.
4.COSTUMERS SATISFACTION
I care about my costumers satisfaction and I do my best to make the best work to make my costumers happy and satisfied; however after commission is finished changes can't be done.
Make sure you will be clear when first commission me and say ALL you will need in your personal 3D Fursona.
5.COPYRIGHT POLICY
I, the 3D Artist of the model, take all the copyright on my works, however the commissioner is allowed to use my copyright to:
-Promote myself in any place or site
-Posting the link of my site in the art animation or 3D art description to promote myself
WARNING!
If you break the copyright infringment in any way, every right you had to the 3D Model will be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright infringment:
-You can modify the model only if you give me credit as the original creator.
-Use my works for commercial purpose (including videogames, brands, mods and stuff making even money in any way with it) without discuss it with me first.
-Taking credit for the creation of the 3D Model.
6.CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission only before your commission is in progress state, that means if I say that I have beginned working on it or the 3D work is ready is no more possible have a refund or cancelling. ( REMEMBER IT )
However if you will ask a refund when work is ready for sending and all the work is done, even using hostile manners, I am allowed to:
-posting publicly your name everywhere I want to for others to watch out for .
-I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me for the work .
7.SCREENSHOTS
I always provide screenshots of the work in progress when I'm done for the day to keep the costumer update on the 3D commission status.
8.CONVERTING INFO
All my models come in .blend file with all the textures for the latest version of Blender, but can be converted for VR Chat or others programs?
Yes, BUT you must first decimate the triangle of the models to 15.000-14.500 and you must do it on your own how lots of my old costumers done. (REMEMBER IT)
More info about conversion you can check it on youtube or sites.
I don't convert the model for other programs because I don't have the skills to do it and I recommend you to follow any guides available on the web.
