Hey y'all,

Phil Andros, Mouse. He's CTS Team 01's 'fix-it' guy. He carries more tools then weapons, but he's very good with the weps he does carry. The small SMG on the inertial reel is his preferred weapon, and he's quite skilled in it's use. He's very short, just about 4 feet, and gets angry when teased about his height.
