I used to use a program like what yur using all the time. You just hafta know HOW to put your feelings into the picture. Skills have nothing to do with it. =D

I have something! Stop using the pencil tool to outline yur work. It makes it look to blocky. Use the brush tool more often. It works better. And it makes it look batter. Use the pencil tool for linework, the beginning of the art peice.
