This reminds me of a certain variety of fey that appears as a beautiful woman up top but under the skirt she has goat legs, and if you ever see them she kills you. they're bound to a pool of water and feed on blood and seduce their victims but they're not at all like vampires save in that they gain sustenance from blood.
