long story short i missed the target an hit the guy on the floor as he was walking by and then a police officer walked by and saw him on the floor and suspested that i tryed to kill him so he went to arest me but my powers were still active and he got shocked as well and i would be trying to get away but i cant cause the key to the cuffs is in the police officer's car ...-_-;
