This is my first project in my digital painting class, been working on it since Monday =3 A digital charcoal portrait piece. This is all on one layer so I have to work from the back ground up so everything comes out crisp! x.x I finally finished the background so now I can begin to work on my main subject, Catwoman. I am working from a photograph and the background is from an internet reference that I will be giving credit to all in my final piece. I would have to say that I have spent about 7 hours so far. I am extremely happy with my efforts and results =3 I don't know how much more time I need to complete this work, but it will be by the weekend at least since it technically is due in class today xD but she might extend the due date since it's the first project and people are still getting used to the program and using a tablet.

I find I tend to go "all out" on my art works xDD no one else's piece I believe has a background of any kind. But this is what I wanted! And I love it! I know Mona (my teacher) will be impressed.
