It's a commission from a few years back from
pimperella.
She wanted to see Raph as a yakuza and Don Leo as doshin (police). Mikey is just a bystander or maybe fellow for Raph? Who knows. =)
Anyway it was a tough quest, I did lots of reserach for suitable tattoos but it was defenitely fun, too! X3
