What makes you say they ruined it? I always thought a rodded out Nash was a thing of beauty.

I am a classic car lover, not a nitro head or whatever it is power lovers are called this week. To me a classic car is a thing of beauty, one turned into... well garbage, isn't. It is simply different tastes, nothing more.

In case you are thinking I am odd, my wife looked at it and started laughing.

There's no harm in being both. I love both original restos and rods. If you think about it, how many were built back in 50 and how many still exist? A google image search shows so many that are built to original and only a handful have been customized and built beyond what would be called original.

Your preferences on the car culture is your right obviously. But however people decide to indulge in the car culture as a whole is what makes especially the American car culture so great. No limits and no restrictions within reason.

They are rare birds. I've seen this one several times before at other car shows in KC. But it also happens to be the only one I've ever seen.
