No, the Germans are German Shepherds. That snow leopard might be Chinese.

I think it is a national chinese uniform, they had uniforms in that style and color.

Hm, the only native "bigger" cat (well, medium) in germany should be the lynx, eurasian class, afaik. Snow leopards in germany would be nice, but I think, it would be too hot for them, even if we do have snow in winter

That snow leopard isn't German. If he was, then he and the arctic fox would be fighting to the death, since the arctic foxes are Soviets, who hated the Nazis with a passion. The Germans in this series are German Shepherds. This snow leopard is, it is thought, Chinese.

Here, you can actually see where they tend to habitate, so they could honestly be from anywhere in the central parts of Asia or the Middle East.
