it's a funny story of how it got that way.
It was my cousin's car, he didn't get hurt when it got hit because he was no where near it at the time. The car wasn't even turned on at the time either.
It was parked on the side of the road near a biiig tree. well.... it just so happens one night a local deputy was going about being above the law and drinking and driving. hehehe he hit the car and pushed it up against the tree. The police came and backed their friend up, who was at this point still trying to drive, by explaining that there was black ice and his car slid out of control... wow... pretty cold for an autumn night :P
everyone said their goodbyes and went on their way.... my cousin was going to make a big deal about it, but we explained to him that since no one got hurt, it is best to leave it alone. If he DID do something about it, the police would make a point and try to ruin his life for as long as he lives, not to mention my entire family. I thought the police were there to protect you, not be Hippocrates and take no responsibility for their actions. *sighs* oh well what's done is done
