It sure is! I think it's the little bit of feline in him, cats have a weird habit of letting their tongue poke out sometimes. He probably doesn't even notice.

I think I have isolated just what it is that makes your characters look adorable - most characters you draw are always looking up at something.

You should go back through your gallery and see just how many there are!

Sorry, forgot to respond to this 'till just now. x3 But that is certainly true, and absolutely intentional! Having them look up adds cuteness to just about anything, probably because that's what real small, cute things have to do when they look at us. It's a bit of an illusion but it works. :P
