This was a $15 "Sonic style" collab, with Bo147 from DA doing the line art and ladygreer doing the coloring/shading. In this case, Sonic style is as it applies to the relatively early days of the comic series, and the old Saturday morning cartoon show, both of which I'm a huge fan of. Since they asked for details on a pose I gave a few samples of various Sonic title screen poses.

Obviously this isn't cannon, but the idea really appealed to me since I'm such a big Sonic fan, but not really into the whole "create your own hedgehog" thing where everyone basically recolors an existing sonic character, so this felt perfect for me lol

Came out very nice, but in retrospect I should have had them give him some badass boots! I didn't think to ask, but no self respecting sonic character is caught without shoes lol x3
