This looks spectacular.

I'll admit that I kind of assumed that this was a Doctor Who thing with the police box, but props to you for subverting that expectation. I'm interested in seeing an actual one sometime in the future, and not just for the television show connection. I've heard a lot of conflicting information regarding these things.

I think it would depend on which Doctor. He does have that regeneration thing going for him.

*rubs his chin* Off the top of my head I see Doctor One as a badger (temperamental and fierce old fellow that he was), Two as a ferret (little, also fierce, and diabolically clever), Three as a lion (he had a regal nobleness about him, he was quite willing to get in there and fight, and he was very strong), Four as a wolf (the toothy smile and willingness to be a bit more morally gray), and Five as a fox (dapper, handsome, and likable). Beyond that, not sure.

It's not a real police box, it's a mind-control chamber the chief inspector intends to use to turn the canine into a leather-wearing muscle toy that lives only to serve the chief in all ways.

Very nicely rendered. Both the background and the officer have great detail. If I had to pick anything to improve, maybe the police box but then again when I look at it I see you did apply texture to it rather than flat colors, so you have an all-around win here for art.
