Gatsby is a skiltaire. Skiltaires are supposed to be alien mustelid-like critters. Therefore, in order to establish contact with Earth creatures, they've got to travel via UFOs or something.
Therefore, I drew Gatsby, a skiltaire, looking out his UFO. Cute as always. Ah, note the stiff little fingers, thus marking him as an alien, 'cause as we all know, aliens have stiff little fingers. :)

asthexiancal took the words out of my mouth. It is stunningly cute as a button. I'd also would state on my own that the job of designing the nighttime sky is realistic and beautiful. The little guy's expression is wonderful; you get the feeling that he is enjoying the very view below.
