After 2 hours of loking at tutorials, trying hard to get one head right, and failing of course, I drew one that satisfies me the most of all my drawings yet!
The shape of the head really came fluently after I said to myself "Enough of copying, use what you've learned so far!". The eyes might be ridiculous but I now have enough courage to continue developing a style I'd gladly draw in some anthro stuff for fun. Also I finally have some spare time and enough solitude to do it, I hope I'll manage to skill up a little :)

(Hair's missing on purpose. I didn't want to screw it up too much and the beard is there because I wanted to draw myself ^^')
