tarpaw of his character as a villain. Naturally, he sprays tar from those hoses, and he has splotches of mud all over him. This was only supposed to be a flat color, but I thought it needed to look a little more ominous, so I added some simple shading.

I like all that WAM stuff more and more through him already even though I wouldn't throw with cakes, hehe. But playing in mud would be lotsa fun, maybe even chocolate to have a yummy snack. (~^.=.^~)
