What is this? I had given up on being a dragon?
...no. I just uploaded this in semi-conmemoration of  talisment's Hypno Bear Week. I am not interested in hypnotism, but, since he favourited pictures of regular bears, I thought that this would be acceptable here.

My comment about Duke Nukem Forever (a game that was infamous for its nosebleedingly long development time until its release) is a reference to the troubles behind this forme.
• I had this forme planned ever since I did this meme.
• I actually started to draw this at around summer 2012 for a real-life presentation of my drawing skills (one that I was supposed to do last year), but my audience had to leave before I finished.
• Unfortunately, my computer got stolen this autumn. The substitute computers were not that good with art software (plus I had to use the weaker portable versions of my art software), thus diminishing my motivation to work.
• I said this to my audience wintertime to which they said that I could do the new picture whenever I wanted to do so.
• Bear Day passed by from January 26. I was too busy with OCTs (plus I still did not have my own computer, anyways.)
• I got my new computer February, but Gryphon Month was on.
• I was actually going to suspend this until Dragon Month was over, but then I discovered Talisment's 'Hypno Bear Week.'

More on this forme, I had to admit that, while I had a semi-life-long liking of Russia, I can trace my wish of having a bear forme to  brubearbrown. (Even so, this is actually more towards  charkonian who really likes bears...)

Drawing this was difficult, though: I had to use the touchscreen and mouse because my tablet got wonky response... I think I need new nibs. I had not changed mine for years.
