Minor things that aren't on here, I think she was making another attempt xD I'll swap it out and edit the submission at some point.

Adjustments:
Stripes on the body and legs are longer to curve around the shape more.
Pupils are slitted.
Ear fins are smaller and the head crest tends to be a bit taller, ear fins are also the same colour as wing membranes without the pattern.
Tail is longer its tip reaches just above the ankle.
Legs are digi-grade with dragon feet.
