Awhile back I was asked to do some illustrations for the publication of "Waterways," a novel by Kyell Gold. It's the bittersweet story of a Kory, a young otter, who is surprised to find himself falling in love with Samaki, a handsome black fox he meets at the public pool one day. The book will be available at Further Confusion this month, or afterwards from the Sofawolf web site at www.sofawolf.com.
This is the first interior illustration, just after Kory and Samaki have met at the poolside. There are eleven more illustrations and a back cover ... pick up the book! The story is an excellent read!

Ohh my gosh! I need this book! I've read the first two parts "Aquifers and Streams".
I need to get the book to read the third part "Oceans".
I can't get it without my whole family finding out though.
Does anyone have a clue how I could get this book without having to use a credit card?
Or I'm I just completely screwed? v_v

Hmm, good question ... they sell them at furry cons and other conventions Sofawolf has a table at, but that only helps if you attend any conventions ...
You could perhaps try to get in touch with someone through the Sofawolf web site (www.sofawolf.com) and see if you could mail them a check for payment or something like that. Or have a friend order it for you.

This story is absolutely the most touching piece of literature I've ever had the pleasure of sitting down for 20+ hours and reading. The emotional rollercoaster of Kory is believable, and the passion shown between them is heartfelt and incredibly adorable. This book, to me, was better than Bolt... and for perspective, my alias on all my work is iBolt!. This is a book I want to read again and again! Some of the scenes are just so touching, so amazing, and so tearjerking that you just want to jump into the story and be there to comfort Kory during his time of need. This story brought me closer to crying than anything has in my tear-deprived last 5 and a half years. To any gay teens reading this, I highly recommend this book... it provides an encouraging message that I'm sure even I, as open-but-repressed as I am, can gain alot from.

I have the ebook version of out of position and isolation play (yes, from kyell gold) and they both have ilustrations, I got them thanks to someone else too....
well, I looked on the artist website and I didn't found any..... I think you should ask to kyell.... he's here but I can remember his username.... I think is kyellgold or something ^^;....
