This is one of the cats of the house. Yes he has whiskers, sadly they don't show very well. I think I am going to have to try some different things next time when working with such light colors.

Yes, I realize that the muzzle is a bit off. I didn't realize till I already started coloring it. At that point it was too late. My parents love it. That's all that matters at the moment.

Worked on this over several days. I'd say I have about 8 to 12 hours into it. This is a larger piece, taking up a good portion of the 11 by 14 inch Bristol sheet. Mostly colored pencil, though I used some white charcoal as well... I think next time I might see if pastels lay well better for white whiskers, or something... :|
