I still need to get used to taking pictures by myself (forever alone) in suit, because they all pretty much look the same.. but I wanted to upload this to show everyone how much i'm loving my first ever suit.
I never used to like fursuits, i thought they were weird and most looked creepy. i slowly warmed up to the idea, especially when seeing how great some looked, and how much WORK goes in to making them. and then when i saw
sunnyvalleycreations i KNEW i had to commission them for my first ever suit; i never would have gotten a suit of beep because i didnt think anyone would ever ever do her justice, but i certainly was proven wrong because every time i look at her i get soo happy!
you can see in some of the pictures the hidden swirly patterns in her wings; it is soo cool and you can only see it in the sunlight. just a cool hidden detail that really brings this suit to the next level :) the little details like that just make this such a great suit. also its soo soft.... omg..
can't wait to go to my first ever con (AC) and show it off for all to see! although I need to figure out a way to keep my feetsies clean cause i don't want to get them too dirty =) although if they are easy enough to clean then i shouldn't have a problem.

P.S. My room hasn't changed a bit since i was like 9.. and i collect boston terrier stuff so that's why i have so many in that one picture =P

and I guess what i meant was, my feelings were a worry of beep's design not translating very easily to most styles (i've come accross that issue a lot when i wanted to commission someone but their style would not suit such a bubbly bright cartoony character), I was worried that it wouldn't really suit most makers that i did look in to.
Especially cause a lot of makers don't do hair, and i had originally planned for this suit to have the same hairstyle that she has normally, although as you can see SVC and I realized it would be best in the end (and look much better/be easier to do) if she simply had a cute tuft of green hair :) which i am very glad they convinced me of.

Most makers kinda make things their own style. I tend to make things on model. Some styles are undeniably cool. But for me, I follow what the art tells me to do unless noted otherwise.
so, I guess you matched makers with style. That makes sense. For me though, I am trying to get re-ignite the idea of leaving suit maker style out of the equation. It's hard to get people to see it that way.

YAY! My fav is actually the one to the left of that.. so bright. i love my paws, they are just so fun to wear. i've been practicing picking stuff up with them cause when i first got them i would try to pick up like an apple and it'd just fall out. i wasn't used to them at all, but now i can even use my ipod nano :D (to an extent at least)

It's usually not that i think most are awful since i know i could NEVER make one that looks good, but i guess i just didn't like how they looked.. like their stares were creepy or just some of them just had a weirdness to them. maybe i'm just picky XD
i like a lot of the japanese ones but they look impossible to breathe/see out of!! but they look really cool. and thank you soo much!

thank yuo! i'm having soo much fun with it. and yeah i DEFINITELY know what you mean, it wasn't until this last january that i started to warm up to the idea of cons/suiting. I commissioned SVC in august and got the suit in december, and I'm going to my first ever con AC in july so I think it will be a great experience! I never liked suits and thought most were weird but now that i have one of my own and it's well-made and (to me) perfect, there's just this really fun feeling of being able to "become" your character and play around and goof off XD so silly but fun.
I see, I see. :D I'd probably open up to the idea more -if- I knew people to go to Con's with, but I'm pretty no-other-furry-buddies over here in England ;D Save for one, but we're pretty far apart. I wouldn't want to go to a con and know no one, might be a bit odd ;3
But getting something made -for- you does sound good. My problem though is none of my characters is really a 'fursona' or have ever 'clicked' with me, I've yet to find one that has D: So I'd probably not be able to get a fursuit anyway, till I eventually find a character to stick by, or feel close to =/

i know how ya feel. beep is my main character and my oldest, i definitely have a strong connection with her :)
although i know many people who made characters simply for fursuiting, which is what i originally was gonna do! I'm sure you'll find a character you love one day, for most people it takes a long time.
and I went to furfright for maybe..6 hours a few years ago LOL which tecnically was my first con, I didnt know anyone!! so it was scary at first. but i met some great people who then became some of my closest friends; it's definitely nice to go with people you know, but it also is really great to use it to meet new friends!

yes!! I have spring break this week so I suppose I'll bring it up this upcoming weekend when i get back; i am not going to bring the WHOLE partial (especially the feets) but I'm thinking arms/hands, head and tail :) I want to make sure it is clean and doesnt take up too much space
i dunno if anyone already said anything 'cause I don't feel like reading every single comment but one of my friends made sandals for his fursuit's feet so they wouldn't get dirty from all the walking he does. I don't remember what he specifically uses, but I know that dog harness straps are included.
I know I am rather late on this post but the shear cuteness of it all caught my eye so I clicked on it to see the picts better. they all are very well done and they capture yer characters friendly essence very well. Who wouldn't want to be hugged by somethings so cute as this? The designer did an excellent job. All those bright happy colors on beep and in yer room are awesome. i love bright annd happy it makes things awesome.
Um do mind a word from a stranger who has been there and not done that were his crushes were concerned? i missed out on what might have been some awesome chances to make some very cool friends and maybe even got a companion in the bargain. Nothing was ever lost by telling someone how you feel about them in fact most often it strengthens the bonds of friendship and tells them you consider them very special above all others. So if one has not stated her feelings for said crush just do it, you might be very pleasantly surprised. Sure he might rebuff you but you will not go through life wondering what might have been. (yes I do read through other comments to avoid making silly redundant comments.)
Also if I saw someone needing help with her photos I would give her hand i love photography. Plus alone is no fun I am always a party of one. I have chronic case of shy where ladies are concerned. The more interested I am the more frozen by terror and self doubt i become. It has been on constant enemy to me in my life, do not let it happen to you.

Thank you for all the kind words!! I never realized how well my room seems to suit Beep. I find it rather entertaining :P
And wow, thank you for the advice... I definitely have to keep that in mind. I think my problem is that this is a habit of mine to not tell people how I really feel; I have lost many amazing chances in life to possibly start a romantic interest with people that I cared very much about. One was one of my closest friends and we got along so well! So many times I can't help but wonder what would have happened if I was just open about it. I always just get so scared that if I told them, they wouldn't want to talk to me anymore, or it would make it awkward and hurt our friendship.
I really want to start being more open and honest, although it certainly is hard! but I feel so much better being able to get things off my chest and not have so much bottled up inside.
I would love to have someone like you around to photograph me! it would be great. and don't worry, I am shy at times too, but I try to just keep ignoring that feeling and you'd be surprised, people are just as nervous as you, but are also very friendly and I'm sure would love to be friends with someone as kind as you are.

Any time fivel anytime. It does indeed. Oh it is, what with all the bright coloration. The brightest thing i have in my room is a hand made lizard print quilt my mother made me years ago. It has all these colorful lizards and salamanders crawling over a background of dark green different types of leaves.
No problems. I just wish for folks to find true happiness in life it is what makes life worth the hassle it is. Well I get that , that is exactly what my issue is too. Well do not fret over it, it only ads to ones frustrations. i have dwelt to long on certain things in my life at times and it only serves to drive on deeper into depression. Again i get ya and feel for you this is exactly how I am. Just plow through those feelings and get right to the point. That saying nothing ventured nothing gained is very true and accurate. Also the saying faint heart never won fair maiden is applicable to these situations as well.
Eyup sounds like a good place to start. Indeed it is very hard, we are hard wired to be weary of rejection and negativity of any kind and thus it creates this barrier that is very hard to work past sometimes. indeed it is always better to get thing out. You bottle things up for to long it can cause other negative issues for you. Just speak your mind and get yer feelings out in the open in all situations. Humans tend to have emotional explosions or meltdowns at times if they bottle everything up. I have had some big ones in my lifetime and they just are not worth it.

Yeah I have been finding that out the more I open up to folks. Actually I have found this to be quite true lately. I make such an impression on folks that they do reciprocate the friendliness. So yeah it seems to be working.
