let me point something out though
all of those lyrics are sung with a different melody (at least of what i could keep track of, that was a lot of songs)
it is very common for songs to have the same exact notes or even the same lyrics. i hear it all the time
however,
when the same notes AND the lyrics (even altered lyrics) match up that perfectly... well... it just doesn't happen
i know my music
i'm not saying they ripped it off on purpose and if they did i could have been an homage to the song like Edward said
corey and i have both accidentally come up with the same notes as a song we know when playing guitar
buuut
