Background:
Rhisanth is a mage that's been around, in both a geographical sense and a age sense. He's been obsessed with the prophecy for decades, and has attempted to find and train a number of magi to attempt to fulfill it. He's Lucent's brother, but that relationship has been strained to breaking ever since Lucent was elected head of the Mage Council, as they have different priorities now. Rhisanth is absolutely convinced of his righteousness, though, and will not back down.
