A collage of the rig.
This looks gory, but keep in mind I'm displaying all seven levels of the rig. For normal posing/animating, you only need the first and second level, which have little floating control bones that the arms, legs, head, etc IK onto.
The orange (brown?) bones near her shoulders and elbows are the "handles" for the tweakers. They're all you see of the arm and control bones that point the elbow up and down, and shift the shoulder up/down/back/forward.
The little clusters of bones you see above her paws are the "control bones" for her paws. Basically I move them around and her paws move in sync, which is way better than trying to move them when the paw is in a weird place/angle.
The leg rig is pretty much all that's left at this point, then I can move on to some texturing/beautifying. Everything could be improved, but I just want to get a finished product and move on to something else at this point.
