I made this bracelet for my boyfriend for Valentines day this year.

The leopard fur came from the bottom collar. I got all those leopard pieces in a lot on e-bay. The bottom collar was the most beat up, so it's the first one to be cut up and made into new things.

The studded leather strips were decorative straps my boyfriend salvaged from an old pair of his shoes and requested I use to make something for him with. He said he wanted something from the leopard parts when they came in, so I combined them into this bracelet for him.

The sewing isn't the best job, but we both like it. My sewing machine was not fond of the studs and the leopard leather was rather brittle. Rather than risk the leather with more stitching, I used some leather cement to glue another piece of leather to back to help strengthen the leopard, as well as act as a liner.

I was really tempted to just keep this for myself, I like it so much. But nothing is really his or mine alone since we live together anyway so it wasn't much of a sacrifice to "give" it to him. =P
