My same thoughts but this http://manaflask.com/images/galleri.....awk%5B1%5D.jpg beat them all. and still great job
Made it through the first raid tier, and got bored. Been playing since vanilla beta...
The combination of the quick pace of content tiers made it a bit more obvious that it was just a huge pointless grind where each tiers gear was made useless. Was sort of hidden when you had several months between tiers and a while to sit on top of that gear and make use of it. Seems kind of counter intuitive now that i think about it, more content made me dislike the game more...
Also, guild fell apart because managing hardcore 10 man raids is a huge pain (hard to find someone who plays well that's willing to just wait around as the 11th member in case someone doesn't show up.) So we'd have a raid day, 1 person doesn't show, raid day called, wasted a whole day. The concept of raids as it pertains to wow really needs to die off, in the future the more modular approach of scaled difficult per player count makes more sense I think.
I liked 40 man raids in classic, I didn't like resizing to 25's, but I dealt with it - going down to 10, (since server pop dropped and 25 man raids disapeared on our server,) was pretty awful.
But I also liked taking a good 3-6 friends and seeing what we could accomplish in the game, not a very effective way to play in wows raiding world. Was fun holding the bridge with 5 against 40 randoms in AV though!
Sorry, rambled a bit there, yeah stopped in mop XD

See I'm a Cata baby. my EX GF got me into the game abround start of 4.2. and I enjoyed firelands a lot and dragonsoul was ok once we got to do heroic modes. but I was a noob that picked up quick. however I feel that LFR has ruined the game and with my computer I am unable to do 25 man's or I would be in one myself. sorry kinda messy writing
