well with a v6 ........ hmmm maybe if it were about a 2.0L you could fit it transverse but if you really are in a post apocolyptic world with enough time I'd mix a hayabusa engine and a smart car you tend to get this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oPQIizRp9ck
san jose galeefourneeeah and ive found that 3 samurais with 3 dead engines one pulled one pinging and one milkshaked + a negative amount of time = 3 parked samurais unfortunatly the valves wount clean themselves the milkshake wount derustify and the pulled wount finish rebuilding itself without my intervention, but wait there is more im getting a 1973 e-100 with a 302 with the 3 speed column shifter. the van works but the engine needs some work done, and need to get a huge super wide super thick aluminum radiator mounted in it. also 4 axle swaps and 4 diff installs ive got 1 twin cam engine to be installed all for the zuks.
so how much you want the 4wd gbox (tcase) and axles for?

The chassis I have has no sway bars, only leafs http://www.chebucto.ns.ca/~cwood/bo.....4/woc4x4-7.jpg
This is a backyard job purely for the Lolz. Diesel 4x4 84 chevette with a 78 hood... Slow, but "go anywhere" is the theme.

niiiiice put lockrights in it and do a speed test down the freeway anything above 55mph with your configuration and lockrights becomes a lovely ballet with your steering wheel just trying to go straight. you should cut slots in the tub of the chevette and fit it around the sammy frame so it sits flush and then raise it with bigger leafs.
where you going to wheel it at?
