Well...basically, before Organization XIII was formed, they were part of a group abotu twice the size. However, the gorup got split down the middle fighting over how they should get Kingdom Hearts. While Org. XIII wanted to manipulate Sora to get Kingdom Hearts; this new group (Forgot what I named them XP), however, htought that he should be destroyed and the Keyblade taken for themselves. They're a mix of Heartless AND Nobody members, seeing no need to fight each other when they have a common goal. The leader is named Kexan; I'l describe him to you late rif you want =P
