I like how you didn't use bulky word balloons. (I am on the verge of a Pinkie Pun) Those are always my problem.

I didn't have enough room! And anyway, those work best in very clean comics or ones that have lots of colour! And your balloons are fine, you just need to involve them in the composing of the panel itself! That makes all the difference!

Yeah, space is probably my issue. But I keep practising! My hand writing doesn't help. :3

I've recently told myself to do the lettering as lettering (or calligraphy) rather than just writing, and it's made a lot of difference. Weird how that just works.

Sometimes I can concentrate on my lettering too much and it ends up looking, to me, like I am still in gradeschool. Maybe I need to find the right balance or not worry too much about it!
