This looks great, but I can see what you mean about the eyes. I think what makes them look weird is the iris'. A cat's iris' will diliate at night, to let in more light, while they are small in the daytime, to block out some of the light. I hope that helps, otherwise, another tip would be just to watch your pet cat (if you have one, or else a friend's pet then) at different times of the day. I found that that helps me when drawing a feline eye. I hope all of this helps, otherwise, keep up the great work! ^^
XDD Don't feel bad, most of my characters are canine, and I just developed two new feline chars, so now I need to teach myself how to draw felines after drawing canines for so long. xD Like I said though, the best inspiration I've found is to just watch how the actual animal acts irl, then adapt it to your drawing.
*nods* Yeah, I can see that! I hope you resolve this little issue soon. ^^ Also, I just thought of another thing you could do to help in drawing eyes: Just practice drawing a few feline eyes in a sketchbook until you know you have it right. That's what I do when I need to sharpen my skills about something. I just practice it a few times in my sketchbook, then do it right on the final drawing. I hope this helps. ^^
