I'm in Wisconsin. It's cold here. I wear a coat with no insulation, and won't button it up until the temperature is below zero, and I'm not at all cold. Except my ears and nose.

Heh. It comes at a price. I start to sweat at 75 degrees, and if I can't find a way to cool down, 90 will cause my body to start malfunctioning from overheating. Good thing weather for 6 months of the year here is generally 50 or under.
