Was at the local fair a while ago and found this beauty, It is made of some type of rubber and the hair had to be put in a tuft at a time, The tent that was selling stuff like this was a movie prop tent that had stuff for sale. This is just a bust but they also have masks that can be custom made like this for a bit over $2,000. It is all handmade and airbrushed also. I'm sorry but I cannot remember what company it is. But they were based in Pennsylvania.
