oh I am still trying to fix it... and the asus tech support didnt really suggest anything I think will work >.> and then said I had to reformat it... and I just... dont want to -.-

Reformat? Seriously? For a microphone issue?? That doesn't sound right at all, especially since the problem doesn't happen when you use an external mic. No, I think the others in your other journal were right; this is a noise issue from within the laptop's case (especially if the microphone is built into the base of the unit, rather than the monitor). Bad bearings on a fan, vibration from the hard drive - those could in theory be picked up by a microphone. I'd guess it was a fan.
