Finally finished this. Ugh, I had to restart it so many times.
Title and parts of the text in the picture are from a song by Ayreon called "Day One: Vigil" which is featured on their album "The Human Equation". The text in the sun is from the Norwegian legend about "Fanitullen", a legendary folk tune.
This might become an image series, depending on if I can actually finish it.
Pencils, pen and markers on heavyweight fine grain drawing paper.
