Wacom Bamboo Tablet Test - Portrait of a Lady
It's drawn on that above mentioned drawing tablet while I was testing it at school. Somehow, it feels quite easier to digitally draw stuff on a tablet than with a mouse. But your mileage may vary whether you use either the mouse or the digipen and tablet.
