I use a program called a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) (specifically, Fruity Loops 9). All the instruments are computer generated, but I do add in each note that the computer plays, so yes, I am composing the music. And I guess you could say it's through my keyboard if you count a computer keyboard xD
