A -little-, due to the way her mane falls over her eye. But it's only similar.
Fluttershy is a catchall for the really delicate wallflower, so it's difficult not to see at least a little of her in similarly sweet looking characters. There's probably a distinct personality difference in your headcanon, so I wouldn't worry too awful much about -reading- too much like Fluttershy, either. :)
