Golden glowing chicken from the kitchens of  digiaz. Lovely to see a before and after photograph

Chicken drumsticks marinated, for 2 hours, in soy sauce with fresh squeezed lime juice. Seasoned with diced white onions, sea salt, cracked black pepper & topped with chopped dehydrated garlic cloves. All set to bake at 400 for 40-45 or until safe to eat internal temp is reached. Then for an extra crisp; broil both sides on high to desired crispness.
Enjoy!!
Almost forgot...cover Pyrex baking tray with foil when baking to steam the flavor. Then remove foil for broiling.
