Recently I discovered a Scottish Delicacy! Stovies! Such a wonderful tasty dish, very filling and made out of simple ingredients...but never the less makes a fine dish! Seems I may have indulged a bit too much I think hehe :P even my belly scales have parted slightly...ufff but such fine stuff it is!
