Mmmm. Judging from the color, I'd say those nigiri are either sake or chutoro. Either way, you're making me hungry for more. Totemo oishii desu! :) And the brush work on the fur is amazing.

I think this is my absolute favorite of all the pics in your gallery. He just looks so happy with his work, and the platter is done beautifully. The ginger looks crisp and soft at the same time, and the slices of fish just look delectable!
