yeah i'm not sure how many ppl fallow it but i have this book called the big book of birthdays, it goes through and tells you about the signs and in it it said that when your birthday falls with in the 3 days of the next sign it's called a cusp. i'm july 21st and i believe the last day to be cancer is the 22 or 21 causing me be on a cusp. it's was surprisingly accurate.
