Ha, I bet no one saw this coming XD
yes that's me, no my job isn't to be a chef but it's a private passion of me,
almost as much as I like to explore new tastes I love it too cook and try new things.
But it was a long way for me to come back to love almost all kinds of ingredients, especially meat.

But after years, the great cooking of my mother and a lot of courage I managed to overcome myself and gave it a second chance...and bit by bit I explored what I missed for all this years.
Maybe someday I can eat everything and ejoy all the wonderfull tastes this world offers, I look foward to it ^__^
