Noah starts going around store to store, computer market to computer market until he reached to his last location; CyberTech.

Noah heads to the first computer shop called PC Warehouse; from there, he goes in and sees the employees and their bosses about anything strange that is happening to some of the city’s electronics. Noah: Pardon me. I’m from the L.C.I.N.N. and I need to know about any weird activates that’s been going on through the Liberty City. Has anything strange here in your shop? Store Owner: Na; nothing strange and weird every happen in this store. Well...there were some viruses that been plaguing throughout some of the neighborhood’s electronics for three weeks but other than that, that was it. Noah: Did you know where the viruses came from? Store Owner: No I don’t. Sorry. Noah: It’s alright; thanks for your help. Store Owner: Anytime, Noah, Come by anytime. Noah: I’ll think about it. He getting some information, he leaves the store and heads to the next one. Each store told a different story to the problem that’s been happening in Liberty City’s computer stores and electronics store alike. Throughout Star Junction, in each with their own background of the story that involves the same virus. Horus went by and soon enough, people of the city are having problems not just their computers, but their bank accounts, savings, and even their online files have been temperate with as well. This leads to one last place to go to find out what’s happening to the city’s problems with the virus and that place is CyberTech. He arrives to the company (which is a company that buys, sells, and trades all kinds of high tech technology and digital soft & hardware to and from other companies); he gets out of the car, locks the door, and heads on inside. He goes to the front desk and ask to see if he can see and speak to the one of the bosses of the company. Noah: Excuses me, miss, I’m Noah Tailor of the L.C.I.N.N. and I need to speak to the chairman of the company about this virus I been hearing around the city, if you can let me see him for just a few minutes? Disk Clerk: I’m sorry, Mr. Tailor, but the chairmen is really booked with some imported things right now and won’t be available to see anyone right. But if you like, you can wait in the waiting room. Noah: No thank you; just let him know I came by. Disk Clerk: Very well, Mr. Tailor, Come back again. Noah leaves the building and returns to his car, he gets in, and starts the it up, closing the door and drives off, heading back to the L.C.I.N.N. and gives his report to his bosses. During his drive back, he starts thinking of the viruses that been causing Liberty City a whole lot of problems and he knows who two...make that three people who is known to use certain abilities that involves infecting computers, causing technology to go wild, and giving oneself to heck into anyone’s mainframe and three known users of that kind of power are Beta and Epsilon a.k.a. the Viral Brothers, and Jericho, a known friend to Jennova, he also happens to be a power technomancer and cybermancer, just the Viral Brothers but only as the good guy. Noah: I’m goanna go see an good friend of mine, someone who knows what’s going on. He continues to drive to his next location to see an old friend; Kyle Byte, also known as, Jericho.
