Well, it wasn't a quality issue at all. The quality was superb. It was a customer service issue. I could not, for the life of me, get a hold of anyone there and would get replies weeks later when my order was time sensitive. I ended up getting my product, but it was just a huge stress to get it.
Ooooh. See, I didn't have a problem. I remember when I got back in contact with them about something thinking it took a little while for them to get back to me. I definitely agree ZAP has better staff, they're super friendly too!
I'm just glad someplace like ZAP exists. I wasn't sure what I was going to do for acrylic charms in the future until I asked around!
