Like the title said. This is a Pay-to-use lineart
Which means you pay me via paypal and after confirming I received the money I will send you the .PSD file.
NOTE: THIS ONLY WORKS FOR PROGRAMS THAT CAN OPEN PHOTOSHOP FILES! I have no idea what programs can do that besides Photoshop. And I WILL NOT make this lineart MS Paint compatible. Or for whatever other program that does not support .PSD files, since I only have Photoshop.
The price for this lineart is the cheap amount of $12. And for that price you get a fully customizeable lineart set. You can combine different wings (this time you can choose between several feathered wings like seagull and vulture for example), tails, manes and horns to make a various array of designs. A few need some minor adjustments when you combine them (like some mane styles cover the wings, so if you use both together you'll need to adjust the manes by erasing some parts from it.)
And by buying this lineart you have the right to:
-use it to make free, dA point and paypal (money) adoptables
-you can edit them to your satisfaction
-you can post adoptables you made with this lineart on and off site
-you can use them for referencesheets for your own characters
What you cannot do is:
-resell the original .PSD file or give it away for free
Please people be fair. I put days of work into this and I only want $12 for it. I made this lineart in hopes that this way I can earn my monthly dog food money for my girls.

I can also help with troubleshooting when you purchased this lineart and you have problems using it right (I made groups in PS CS3 for the individual parts of the linearts, but I am not sure when these groups were implemanted in PS, so if you have trouble with that I can easily give you an un-grouped .PSD file, for example).
