After spending many months in this new region of space, the Captain sent several small groups to a nearby planet's surface, for the purpose of gathering supplies and data over the planet. This planets atmosphere was suitable enough to survive without the use of any special equipment, and the ecosystem was rich in many useful compounds. One of which was a rare substance that could be converted and used in many things on the ship, and which they were currently low on.

A grunt escaped the large wolf's muzzle as he carries the large container to the mouth of the cave. The inner walls having a particle that makes teleportation imposable further in. Setting the container down with a thud, that echoes down the cave, the wolf does not notice that a crack in the housing, allows a small amount of the matter to drip out. Pushing his thick blue head fur out of his eyes, Jim looks back to the others of his group with a small smile and a proud arch in his tail.

"Ready here James." Jim said to the Blue tiger.

Giving a nod to the Black wolf he taps his communicator. "James to Athena."

Looking to the third member of their party he smirks a bit. The Red husky looking at some plants on the cave entrance. The Husky's tail wagging in his excitement. Standing up Tim yips and wags as he works with his scanner.

"My god this plant life is so rich in minerals and other antibiotics. I need to get some to bring back. Think the captain would mind?" Tim smiles as he looks up and around the cave opening.

"Lieutenant! You are the last group to be brought back to the ship. And not a moment too soon. An Enemy Alien Ship has shown up and are threatening to fire on us. Be ready for a fast Beam out." Came a female voice over the communicator from the ship.

Jim, and Tim both perk their ears toward the tiger. Listening intently they all get ready for a beam out.

"Understood. Three to beam out with one Type three container." James said calm and easy. Smiling to each of his fellow crew members.

“Ready for Beam Out.” The crewmen calls back as she starts the beam out process. Her hands working over the control console getting the transport started.

As the three crewmen were teleported up with the cargo they were sent for were being teleported up, a disruptor cannon fired at the ship hits the deflector array. Sending an overload through many of the ship’s systems.

The female crewmen at her post for the teleporter dives away from her console as the ship rocked from the blast and the overload was about to cause her consol to explode.

Looking up, the human woman gasps at what she sees on the teleporter. The three crewmen are there fine and safe, but among the three crewmen was another anthropomorphic.

The fourth Furry, stands there in only his fur. His broad body covered in midnight blue fur, red and blue stripes in a tiger pattern, with a white underbelly and paws and hands. The muzzle is long and shaped like a wolfs, the head is more round like a tiger, and the ears are long and alert like a husky. A long tiger tail sways behind him with a bright white tip.

The new Furry opens his muzzle and then looks about and sees where he is as if surprised and then he collapses onto the teleporter pad.

The three crewmen look surprised and gawked at the other Furry before they rush to the fallen Furry. Tim takes his scanner out and begins to run scans over the fallen male.

Several minutes go by as Tim and James go over the male trying to see his medical status. As they work over, Jim and the Teleporter station crewman look over the controls to see what happened and start to fix the needed systems.

“It seems the Matter container has a leek, and with the system over load from the plasma blast made a surge in the system. It caused our friend here to be …. Created out of a mix of our genetic pattern.” Commented Jim, his ears perked and tail arched as he worked.

“That would seem about right, he has a mix of our DNA and it seems memories as well. That is why he passed out. Mental overload. he has all our memories loaded into him and he collapsed. I will have to do more tests. “ Added Tim as he puts his scanner away and his ears focused on his pacient. Seeing him open his eyes he helps him up. Leaning in he smiles as he wags his tail gently. “Hey it will be alright. I ma Tim.”

Stepping back the tiger looks on and he smiles a bit as he sees the saber tooth teeth on the male. Thinking they be from his DNS from generations past, thinking he will have to ask Tim later. His paw comes up to his communicator.

“Captain, got some news for you when we out of code Red. Please meet us in Medical.” James then looks to Jim after finishing. “Jim, let the repair teams fix this, I think Tim will need us in medical, as will the captain for this. Right?” he asks as he looks toward the Red husky.

Getting a little nods back the communicator chirps back.

“Alright Mr. Fluffball. We disabled the ship and are speaking with them now. I will be down there shortly.”

“Copy that captain.” James says as he taped his communicator again. “Ok Jim, help me get our friend to Medical.”

Jim walks over and they each are gently greet the new Furry.

“Hello there. I am James.” The tiger says offering a paw. The Hybrid takes it and gives a little smile, having yet to say anything.

“I am Jim.” Says the wolf as he wags his tail.

“We need to get you to our medical bay. Will you be ok to come with us now?” Asks Tim, gently his paw rubbing the hybrids arm.

The hybrid sits semi curled up, leaning against his knees his long tail curled curled in front of him to cover himself. He nods gently, understanding, the bright blue eyes having a purple rim, with a felines slit show knowledge and confusion.

The Teleporter crewman walks up smiling passing a thermal blanket to Tim.Wrapping it around the hybrid they stand up and begin to walk down to medical.

As they leave the Teleporter room the hybrid meroofs softly and smiles “Thank you.” Looking to the Human woman and leans into the three Furries as they take him away.
