This story is rather unique in that:

-I have an actual plan for this.
-I wrote a LONG story about this beforehand.
-It's in Misty's Point of View (especially given that I normally don't draw Misty)
-I have a death planned for this.
-I decided to use the actual Pokemon Gary (even if it's for a short period of time)

If you cannot read the dialogue (since it was cut off), it goes like this:

Misty: Hello, my name is Misty. I am fourteen years old and I am one of the Cerulean Gym Leaders.

-During my years of training, I've met many strong trainers and I've strengthened my Pokémon.

- But one day, one idiot trainer went and broke my bike!

- So I went and followed him and his idiot friend cuz he owed me a bike.
Brock: Cute Officer Jenny.
Misty: And you still owe me a bike.
Ash: Don't worry, Ill get you one after the finals.
Misty: Can't believe he took so long to give me a new bike.

- Can't believe he took so long to give me a new bike.

- And who can forget the kid's rival? Sure he was cute but...

Sign: GARY WAS HERE ASH IS A LOSER!
Gary: I got ten badges.
Ash: :pissed: GRR!
Gary: Mine's bigger than yours!

Misty: That kid was a real jerk.

- I don't think his own grandfather liked him.

Vehicle: HONK HONK
