If it works, it's actually a secret ZIP archive. I made it with ANCIENT MAGITECHNOLOGY, or perhaps THE POWER OF STEAM. Or it could just be the copy /b command. Download it and rename it to .ZIP to get at the files inside.

Hopefully this works - it'll let me submit programs/games/utilites to FA since it doesn't have an executable/code category.
