This beauty was a pretty blond labrador. I got the head cut in half from a vet. It was used, just like this kitty http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9908161/ , by veterinary Students to study the brain, that's why the head was sawn in two. (The brain was healty and didn't have tumors). I don't know why the dog died, but I can assure you he wasn't killed just to study his brain...

I nearly fucked this guy up while cleaning... I was hasty and cleaned the last parts of flesh with some drain cleaner. I read somewhere that it was great for the flesh, but it also damages the bone if you leave it in there for too long... I varnished the skull so it's stronger. The nasal bones are mostly destroyed *slaps herself in the face*
But it all could have been worse... I was cleaning the water and left the skull on the floor outside, when I got back to it one part of the skull was missing! My dog took it and placed it next to his chewing bone. Thankfully he didn't damage the skull. I need to be more careful with him. He's a sneaky bugger.
